Beautiful and serene Crete. This is a great venue for our 3 week intensive teacher training. Yoga Rocks overlooks the beach and the sea is only a few steps away. Wonderful food, sunsets and tranquility.

Technically brilliant, thorough and thoughtful are the first things that come to my mind to describe this course. I really couldn't recommend this training enough-but not without caution, that being: it is not for the faint-hearted. However, for those that are open minded and hearted (and hardworking of course) this training will, without doubt, provide you with the skills and confidence to teach with great integrity. Finally, all I can say is that I am envious of anyone taking the 200hour Intensive because I would do it again in a heartbeat.

I learnt and developed as a teacher and as a human being and I applaud Brian and Nawajyoti's desire to keep Yoga correctly taught and understood and not become something that is watered down. So if you want to expand and develop a thirst for study and knowledge and develop a muscular understanding of yoga and dismiss all the airy fairy new age ‘bollocks’ that seem sometimes to float around the periphery of yoga, then go. The course material alone will keep your brain whirring for months afterwards and you will never teach a bad back bend again. Oh and one final thing, would I train with them again? ABSOLUTELY.

Cost: £2700.00* (fully residential includes all tuition fees, full board) if paid in a single payment, or
£500.00 non-refundable / non-transferable deposit with a balance of £2200.00GBP due 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the course.
Single Room Supplement: 500 Euros for 3 weeks
Partners are welcome to stay as guests at a cost of 350 Euros per week

Entry requirements 200 hour intensive training:
We welcome students from any yoga background who have enjoyed a strong regular practice for at least two years. You should be committed to the aims and principles of teaching yoga to a high professional standard. This course is demanding but highly rewarding. The course is suitable for students who have a strong practice and who are prepared to work hard to achieve major advances in both their practice and teaching skills.
To ensure consistency in standards, we require all applicants to fulfill one of the following:
A Written Recommendation from an Existing Yoga Alliance UK Registered Teacher
A Written Recommendation from a Non-Yoga Alliance UK Teacher + Supporting Pictures **
Complete the biographical questionnaire in the application form.
You may also be asked for an interview, or ask for an interview, in case of any doubt of your suitability for the course. If it is not feasible in person, the interview will be by phone.
** Please provide photographs of you demonstrating the following 3 Asanas:
o Trikonasana
o Marichyasana ‘A’
o Baddhakonasana
