Course breakdown
Our beginners courses are aimed at students with little or no experience of yoga (or ashtanga yoga). Using our unique 2 step program we carefully lead you through the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. We welcome beginners - taking time to explain all movements, showing variations to meet every age, shape and level of fitness.
Through a series of structured courses, you are safely guided through the entire Primary Series, setting you up with a practice for life. We also offer a BONUS to those students on a beginners course. While on the course you can purchase a block of regular classes (5, 10 or 20 classes) for half price. YES, you save 50%.
Ashtanga Beginners Yoga (8 week) Courses - £65.00 (£58.50 concession)
Beginners 1 (8 week course)
The perfect introduction to Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. You attend one class per week, on the same day, at the same time each week. A structured 8 week course that guides you slowly and safely through the basics of yoga, providing you with a solid foundation and detailed explanations of the postures. Variations will be taught to ensure all students can enjoy the practice of yoga.
Recommended Level: Absolute Beginners (no experience necessary) or those with minimum experience
Recommend Additional Classes: ‘Talk-Thru Beginners’, ‘Dynamic Vinyasa Talk-Thru’, ‘Ashtanga Mysore Style’
Recommended Attendance: 1-2 classes per week + home practice
